Neruda´s Brunswick is a Traditional South American café in Brunswick named after Pablo Neruda. It provides a taste of South America to the local community and  visitors to the area. PASTEL DE CHOCLO

Pastel de Choclo is a typical South American dish prepared with a corn paste with basil as the first layer, filled with “pino” of meat, chicken, olives and boiled eggs. You can ask for a vegetarian or vegan option.

CEVICHE

Ceviche is one of the most consumed typical dishes of Latin American gastronomy. It is a mix of fish and seafood marinated in citric seasoning (lemon), with onion, paprika and typical Chilean spices.

CHARQUICAN

Charquican is a traditional stew of Chilean gastronomy, prepared with meat, pumpkin, potatoes, onion, vegetables and seasoned with typical Chilean spices. You can order it with fried egg, chorizo or both.

EMPANADAS

At Neruda’s you can try the typical Chilean Empanada baked with meat pine, olives and boiled egg, the Colombian Empanada version or you can enjoy our variety of fried cheese empanadas, spinach with ricotta, prawns with cheese.
